Job summary

UFC Gym Wayne seeks a Fitness Sales Manager to drive Private Training and supplement sales while ensuring top-tier member experience. You will supervise scheduling, staff activities, and maintenance of service standards to meet revenue goals and client satisfaction.

The role requires 7-day availability, including mornings and nights, with strong leadership and organizational capabilities in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• PT techniques knowledge from assessment to program design.
• Ability to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of UFC Gym policies, practices and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service focused and professional.
• Clear and concise written and spoken communication.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient with computers, including Word and Excel.
• Adhere to meal and rest break periods and clock in/out for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with members.
• Manage scheduling and client appointments; optimize time management.
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements.
• Oversee club administration and coaching staff activities.
• Coordinate tours, sign training agreements, and guide members to services.
• Maintain scheduling records and ensure compliance with policies.
