Job summary

UFC Gym is seeking a Personal Training Sales Manager to ensure a positive member experience and drive Private Training revenue. The role requires 7-day availability, scheduling discipline, and leadership of coaching staff to meet revenue goals.

You will supervise member services, oversee appointments, and coordinate with the Fitness Manager and General Manager. The position emphasizes sales of training packages, client engagement, and adherence to club policies while promoting growth

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design and sales.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate clearly.
• Computer proficiency with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Sell training sessions; conduct guest tours; complete sales through the Turn-Over process.
• Service introductory PT packages, build value, and re-sign clients on full programs.
• Maintain scheduling records and manage client appointments.
• Oversee scheduling lifecycle for individual client appointments.
• Coordinate with clients to arrange sessions according to availability.
• Manage personal client scheduling and calendar coordination.
