Job summary

UFC Gym in Chicago is seeking a Fitness Sales Manager to drive Private Training and Supplements revenue while delivering outstanding member service. You will supervise coaching staff, manage scheduling, and enforce club policies to meet revenue goals.

The role requires 7-day availability including mornings and nights to ensure coverage and sales effectiveness. The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong client relations, and a background in fitness sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one certification from organization recognized by UFC Gym.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Four-year degree in a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in management/employee relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct Private Training & Small Group Training with Members.
• Execute an effective prospecting strategy and complete sales of staff when needed.
• Service Intro PT packages, build value, and re-sign clients on full programs.
• Prospect members in person or digitally to generate appointments for personal training.
• Maintain accurate administration of client programs, supplement purchases, and measurement tracking.
• Oversee scheduling and time-keeping activities and ensure policy compliance.
