Qualifications

• Proven experience in fitness management, sales, or team leadership.
• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, etc.) and CPR/AED certification required.
• Ability to lead by example on the fitness floor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard a high-performing team of Personal Trainers and MMA Coaches.
• Drive accountability for reaching monthly and annual goals for private training and supplement sales.
• Oversee staff scheduling and timekeeping to ensure the gym is always ready to serve members.
