Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Fitness Manager to drive club fitness revenue and oversee coaching teams, personal trainers, and group sessions. You will lead sales efforts, train staff, and ensure exceptional client experiences across fitness services.

You will recruit and develop coaches, manage client activations, schedules, and programmes, and partner with the General Manager to hit revenue goals while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and leadership experience in a fitness club environment.
• Solid understanding of exercise science and fitness programming.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests and staff.
• Desire to help people achieve fitness goals and improve lives.

Responsibilities

• Grow club fitness revenue through personal training and group offerings.
• Directly sell training packages and coach staff on sales with fitness services.
• Recruit, onboard and develop fitness coaches and trainers.
• Manage client activation, scheduling and retention standards.
• Oversee group training schedules and ensure class quality.
• Audit time, labor, and session utilization for productivity.
