Job summary

24 Hour Fitness seeks a Fitness Manager to grow club fitness revenue, lead coaching staff, and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will recruit and develop trainers, drive sales of personal and group training, and manage client programs to ensure high satisfaction and results.

The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and a passion for helping members achieve their goals while maintaining profitable operations across the club.

Qualifications

• Strong background in sales, driving revenue and leading a team.
• Strong understanding of human movement, exercise science and fitness programming.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and members.
• Desire and passion to help people accomplish their fitness goals and live healthier lives.

Responsibilities

• Grow fitness revenue by gaining, training and retaining clients and leading the team.
• Directly sell personal and group training packages and lead sales with fitness offerings.
• Hire and develop coaches to effectively manage sessions and programs.
• Ensure client activation, retention and quality of service across all fitness offerings.
