The role focuses on sales, fitness revenue, and club performance with a culture of accountability and results, while maintaining strong safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of management experience in retail/hospitality/fitness with a track record of success.
• 2-4 years supervising 3-10+ employees with measurable development outcomes.
• Strong service culture and leadership to drive engagement and performance.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire; PT cert within 90 days of hire or applicable degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and revenue streams.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team with a one-team mindset.
• Provide ongoing coaching and leadership with clear objectives and accountability.
• Foster a welcoming, community-focused club environment to retain members.
• Oversee operations, maintenance, safety, and budget adherence.
• Build relationships within the local community and represent the gym at events.
• Develop and execute member retention programs and engagement activities.
