Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Fitness Manager to drive club fitness revenue and develop the team. This role leads by example in selling personal and group training packages and guides coaches to deliver premium client experiences.

The FM will hire, train, and coach staff, ensuring programs meet quality standards and members achieve their fitness goals, while managing operations like scheduling and payments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• National Certification (ACSM, NASM, ACE, etc.) preferred.
• Experience leading a fitness team and selling training services.

Responsibilities

• Grow fitness revenue by gaining, training and retaining clients and leading staff.
• Directly sell personal and group training packages and guide the team toward targets.
• Hire, train and develop coaches; ensure high-quality client experiences.
• Audit client lists, schedules and training programs to maximize engagement and results.
• Oversee payment processing and refunds and act as manager-on-duty when needed.
