Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Milpitas, CA seeks a Fitness Manager to drive fitness revenue and profit at the club level. You will lead by example with personal sales, develop coaches, and ensure high-quality fitness offerings and client experiences for members and guests.

You will hire, train, and retain personal trainers and group coaches, build a strong sales-enabled culture, and manage program activation, client engagement and performance through CCS evaluations and regular reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in driving revenue and leading a sales-focused fitness team.
• Ability to communicate value of fitness programs and services to guests and members.
• Experience coaching and developing coaches and trainers.

Responsibilities

• Grow fitness revenue by acquiring and retaining personal training and group training clients.
• Lead and train staff to present fitness programs effectively to guests and members.
• Oversee scheduling, marketing activities and client management processes.
