Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in San Jose is seeking a Fitness Manager who will drive fitness revenue growth, lead a coaching team, and ensure exceptional client experiences across the club.

You will hire, train, and develop coaches, oversee personal and group training programs, and collaborate with the GM and sales staff to meet revenue targets.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow fitness revenue by training and retaining personal and group training clients.
• Directly sell training packages and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
• Hire, onboard and develop fitness coaches to meet session ramp milestones.
• Provide training and performance feedback to staff; conduct regular reviews.
• Oversee group training schedules and ensure class quality and attendance.
• Manage client activation, retention, and program completion for members.
