Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Fitness Manager to grow club fitness revenue and manage a team of coaches and trainers. The FM will model selling fitness products, train staff, and ensure high-quality fitness offerings for guests and members through effective client management and coaching.

The role emphasizes hiring and developing coaches, maintaining client engagement, and aligning with club budgets. Strong leadership and customer-focused communication are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Grow fitness revenue by training and retaining personal and group clients through club staff and tours.
• Sell personal and group training packages and lead the team to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure client activation, retention and consistent engagement with fitness programs.
• Oversee trainer schedules, sessions, and productivity to meet revenue and occupancy targets.
• Coordinate onboarding, coaching, and development for fitness coaches and staff.
• Lead marketing activities inside and outside the club to attract new clients.
