24 Hour Fitness in Eastvale, CA is seeking a Fitness Manager to drive revenue growth, lead personal and group training sales, and develop coaches for an exceptional member experience. The role emphasizes recruiting, training, and delivering high-quality fitness programs.

As FM, you will mentor staff, supervise client activation and retention, and ensure profit targets are met while maintaining a supportive, energetic club culture.

Responsibilities

• Grow fitness revenue by training and retaining personal training and group training clients through the club staff.
• Directly sell personal and group training packages and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
• Train and develop team members to present fitness programs to guests and members.
• Recruit, interview and hire personal trainers and small group trainers to meet club needs.
• Oversee training, onboarding and CCS evaluations for fitness coaches.
• Manage group training schedules and ensure class quality and attendance.
