Job summary

EōS Fitness seeks a motivated, customer-focused Manager in Training (MIT) to develop leadership and operational skills in a gym environment. The program runs with regional and gym leadership to prepare you for future management roles.

Duties include onboarding, scheduling, data analysis, shadowing, and supporting sales initiatives. The role is developmental and not assigned to a specific gym location during the program.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in fitness or customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for fitness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured onboarding program focused on Sales leadership.
• Gain hands-on gym operations experience including scheduling and data analysis.
• Shadow gym managers and support sales initiatives and KPIs.
• Potentially step into acting managerial roles under supervision.
