Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking a motivated Manager in Training (MIT) to develop leadership skills within a dynamic fitness environment. You will work with Regional and Gym Managers to influence KPIs and learn daily operations, customer service, and team coordination.

This developmental role does not include routine management bonuses but offers growth opportunities. The program emphasizes hands-on leadership, onboarding, and exposure to sales initiatives, with potential acting management experiences

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a leadership role, preferably in fitness or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured onboarding program focused on sales leadership development.
• Gain hands-on experience in gym operations, scheduling, reporting and data analysis.
• Shadow gym managers to learn day-to-day leadership practices.
• Assist in ensuring operational excellence and customer service by upholding company standards.
• Support sales initiatives, including membership sales and KPIs.
