EōS Fitness is seeking a motivated and customer-focused leader for the Manager in Training (MIT) role. This program develops the skills and experience to lead in the fitness environment, working with Regional and District Managers and Gym Managers. The role is developmental, not guaranteed for management bonuses, but commissions for assignments may apply.

Department: Operations. Salary range listed as $58,656 USD with benefits such as health, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role (6+ months) in fitness or customer service.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured onboarding program focused on Operations leadership development.
• Gain hands-on experience in gym operations, including scheduling, reporting and data analysis, and planning daily activities.
• Oversee the Service team and day-to-day tasks including greeting members, guests, and staff.
