EōS Fitness is looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to grow within our leadership ranks. This role is aimed at preparing high-potential candidates for gym manager positions. You will gain practical experience in gym operations, while participating in a structured onboarding program.

Ideal candidates will have previous leadership experience and a passion for fitness. You will work closely with management to develop skills in sales, customer service, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Previous experience (≥6 months) in a leadership role.
• Must pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding program focused on fitness leadership.

• Build relationships with members and support sales initiatives.
• Assist in ensuring operational excellence and uphold company standards.
• Shadow gym managers to learn leadership practices.
