We are seeking a dynamic, people-first leader to guide and grow our fitness team across multiple studios.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about coaching, building strong teams, and ready to lead.

Responsibilities
· Oversee fitness standards of the studio under franchisee ownership, ensuring fitness teams meet standards for success and growth.

· Facilitate coaching events, evaluations, and the development of new team members and existing coaches.

· Teach Orange 60 fitness classes and workshops to educate coaches on best practices and standards, with a minimum of 12 and up to 18 classes.

· Use independent judgment to ensure OTF guidelines are followed and communicated with Owners.

· Review monthly schedules, update class changes, and ensure MBO is current.

· Provide weekly reports to Owners on work hours and activities, and plan upcoming projects.

· Conduct monthly evaluations of head coaches, provide mentoring, and ensure evaluations of fitness team members are completed.

· Present 3-5 day OT Fit certification classes to onboard new coaches.

· Assist with studio compliance audits related to fitness standards.

· Conduct studio fitness coaching outside regional duties.

· Attend monthly studio events to ensure fitness presence and meet requirements.

· Hold weekly fitness management meetings via in-person or conference calls.

· Host quarterly fitness meetings for HC’s and coaches.

· Attend all monthly corporate webinars.

· Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

· Supervise fitness coaches, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and discipline, in accordance with policies and laws.

· Operate in both studio and office environments.

· Demonstrate exercises with equipment such as bosu balls, medicine balls, dumbbells, TRX, etc., in the weight room.

· This is a full-time position, including weekends and holidays.
