We are looking for a dynamic, people-first leader to help guide and grow our fitness team across multiple studios.

Responsibilities
- The Fitness Manager will oversee the fitness standards of the studio under franchisee ownership, holding fitness teams accountable to ensure studio success and growth.
- Facilitate coaching events, evaluations, and the development of new team members and ongoing development of head coaches and coaches.
- Teach Orange 60 fitness classes and workshops to educate coaches on best practices and standards, with a minimum of 12 classes and ideally no more than 18.
- Use independent judgment to ensure OTF guidelines are followed and communicated with owners.
- Review monthly schedules, including class changes and specialty classes, and update MBO accordingly.
- Provide weekly reports to owners detailing work hours and activities, and plan for the upcoming week.
- Perform monthly evaluations of head coaches, provide mentoring, and ensure evaluations are conducted for the fitness team.
- Present 3-5 day OT Fit certification classes to onboard new coaches and enforce OTF guidelines.
- Assist with studio compliance audits related to fitness standards and coaching.
- Provide studio fitness coaching outside regional fitness duties.
- Attend monthly studio events to ensure fitness presence and participation.
- Hold weekly fitness management meetings via in-person or conference calls.
- Host quarterly fitness meetings for head coaches and coaches.
- Attend all monthly corporate webinars.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervise fitness coaches, including hiring, training, performance appraisals, and addressing employee issues, in accordance with policies and laws.
- This role operates in both studio and office environments. Coaches must demonstrate exercises with equipment such as bosu balls, medicine balls, dumbbells, TRX, and ab rollers.
- This is a full-time position, requiring availability on weekends and holidays.
