What You’ll Do:

1. Essential Functions:
   • Deliver personalized, virtual exercise therapy programs for MSK conditions (e.g., back pain, joint dysfunction, post-injury recovery).
   • Perform virtual assessments and develop individualized fitness or wellness plans based on patient goals and clinical guidelines.
   • Monitor progress, adapt programs, and motivate patients to ensure adherence and results.
   • Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers in a digital setting.
   • Maintain accurate clinical documentation complying with standards.
   • Contribute to improving clinical protocols and our digital platform.
   • Stay updated with best practices in MSK care and telehealth.

Who You Are:

• Required:
  • Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or related field.
  • Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP), Registered Kinesiologist, CSCS, or equivalent.
  • Experience in MSK rehab, injury prevention, or chronic pain management.
  • Strong communication skills with an empathetic, client-centered approach.
  • Tech-savvy with digital health platforms, video calls, and clinical software.
  • Ability to work independently remotely.
  • Preferred experience in virtual or startup healthcare environments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred).
  • Experience evaluating and treating patients remotely with digital tools.
  • Empathy and motivation skills to safely push patients’ limits.
  • Ability to build therapeutic relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Critical thinking, flexibility, and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage expectations and adapt to rapid changes.
