Role Overview
As a Vori Health Exercise Physiologist/Kinesiologist, you are a vital part of the care team. Your responsibilities include ensuring patients receive optimal care, practicing current evidence-based methods, and collaborating with the team to achieve patient-centered goals. You will help build a healthcare ecosystem that transforms into evidence-based, personalized medicine, delivering high-value virtual and in-person care.

What You’ll Do

1. Deliver personalized, virtual exercise therapy programs for MSK conditions.
2. Perform virtual assessments and develop individualized plans based on patient goals and clinical guidelines.
3. Monitor progress, adapt programs, and motivate patients.
4. Collaborate with healthcare providers in a digital setting.
5. Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
6. Contribute to improving clinical protocols and digital platforms.
7. Stay updated with MSK care and telehealth best practices.

Who You Are

• Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or related field.
• Certified Exercise Physiologist (CEP), Registered Kinesiologist, CSCS, or equivalent.
• Experience in MSK rehab, injury prevention, or chronic pain management.
• Strong communication and empathetic skills.
• Tech-savvy with digital health platforms and software.
• Ability to work independently remotely.
• Preferred: experience in virtual/startup healthcare, bilingual in English and Spanish.

Work Authorization

• Eligible to work in the United States or able to provide necessary documents.

Physical & Work Environment
