Job summary

EōS Fitness in California is seeking a motivated Manager in Training to prepare high-potential employees for gym leadership roles. The MIT reports to the Regional Manager and works with District Managers and Gym Managers, with hands-on onboarding into gym operations.

This developmental program offers exposure to KPIs, customer service excellence, and opportunities to advance into management. Eligible for commissions during assignments, and benefits include daily pay, health benefits, and a path

Qualifications

Must have 6+ months in a leadership role, preferably in fitness or customer service.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to inspire and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment.
Pass a background check.
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Participate in a structured onboarding program (up to 6 weeks external, 4 weeks internal).
Gain hands-on experience in gym operations: scheduling, reporting, and equipment maintenance.
Set appointments and build relationships with members.
Shadow gym managers to learn day-to-day leadership practices.
Ensure operational excellence and customer service by upholding company standards.
Support sales initiatives, including membership sales and KPIs.
Potentially step into acting managerial roles under supervision.
