Job summary

Club Fitness in Saint Charles, MO is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support club leadership and keep the facility clean, friendly, and functional. This role centers on delivering an exceptional member experience and guiding teams to meet service standards. You will conduct member check-ins, assist with front desk operations, and train staff on POS usage while ensuring safety and cleanliness throughout the club.

Some travel to the corporate office in St. Peters, MO may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older required.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work varying hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive our fitness vision and culture by providing the BEST member experience throughout their club visit; greet members warmly and anticipate their needs.
• Provide club tours and educate potential members on Club Fitness amenities and services.
• Train and mentor staff on front desk functions, member check-ins/POS, and facility cleanliness.
• Assist club leadership with daily operations, audits, and delegating tasks to staff as needed.
• Ensure proper member check-ins and kids club check-ins for safety of members and staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized club according to standards through walk-throughs and assigned area cleaning.
• Provide a safe, enjoyable environment for children ages 2 and up in the Kids Club.
• Engage with new and current members, guiding them to amenities to support fitness goals.
• Accurately complete point-of-sale transactions.
• Notify leadership of gym incidents requiring incident reports.
