Job summary

Club Fitness is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor in Saint Charles, MO to help lead daily club operations and ensure an optimal member experience. You will assist leadership, manage front desk activities, oversee check-ins, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Training and mentorship of staff are key parts of the role. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, reliable multitasking ability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 18 years or older required.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive our vision and culture by delivering the best member experience during club visits, greeting members warmly.
• Provide club tours and educate potential members on amenities and services.
• Train and mentor front desk staff on check-ins, POS, and cleanliness.
• Assist leadership with daily operations, audits, and task coordination.
• Ensure proper member and kids club check-ins for safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized club per company standards.
• Create a safe, upbeat environment for kids ages 2 and up in Kids Club.
• Engage with members to highlight Club Fitness offerings and help reach health goals.
• Complete POS transactions accurately and promptly.
• Report incidents to leadership as needed.
