Job summary

Excel Fitness in the United States seeks a Club Operations Team Player to assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in driving member engagement and operational excellence. You will train Team Players, maintain high service standards, and support inventory, audits, and community events.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/AED certification required; uncertified employees must obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM/AM in implementing strategies to attract and keep members based on Excel Core Values.
• Help train new Team Players and model expected behaviors; train on operational processes.
• Utilize Team Performance Tracker to meet company metrics.
• Supervise and inspire Team Players to perform their best.
• Monitor member service, cleanliness, and atmosphere.
• Identify training needs and ensure Team Players meet Excel standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure club presentation meets Excel standards.
• Ensure adherence to policies; report major infractions to management.
• Perform daily club inspections and assign tasks; re-inspect completed tasks.
• Hold Team Players accountable for standards and assist with day-to-day member issues.
• Audit club inventory and communicate with GM/AM on orders.
• May oversee operations when GM/AM is unavailable.
• Stay proficient in PFHQ and Excel platforms and updates.
• Assist GM and represent the company at community events.
