Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR/AED certification required; training provided if not current.
  • Proven ability to lead, encourage, develop, and supervise the work of others.

Responsibilities

  • Assist GM and AM in implementing strategies to attract and keep members and uphold Excel Core Values.
  • Train new Team Players and be a team resource by answering questions and training on processes.
  • Supervise and inspire Team Players to perform to their best abilities.
  • Monitor member service, cleanliness, and atmosphere to maintain high standards.
  • Audit club inventory and communicate recommendations for orders with GM/AM.
  • Oversee club operations and Team Players when GM/AM are unavailable.
