Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/AED certification required before working alone; training provided within 30 days.
• Comfortable standing for long periods with strong communication skills.
• Team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized with proactive problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to use a computer; familiar with Excel and Planet Fitness brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties to maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere during shift.
• Operate tablets and point of sale; input and update member information.
• Audit cash drawers daily and ensure secure handling of funds.
• Promote membership, assist prospects, and provide high level member service.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety guidelines, and applicable laws.
• Stock retail and janitorial items; assist with inventory and orders.
• Assist GM and AM with training, promotions, and operational strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and community outreach activities.
• Maintain safe environment and respond to member infractions as needed.
