Job summary

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to stand for long periods. CPR/AED certification is required before working alone; training is provided for initial certification if needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and AED certification required before working alone.
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time.
• Great communication with internal and external customers.
• Team-oriented, motivated and well-organized.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and using a computer.
• Familiar with Planet Fitness brand and culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform to your best abilities during your assigned work shift.
• Monitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere.
• Stay proficient in Planet Fitness app use and updates.
• Operate safely and ensure training is completed.
• Conduct audits to keep club presentable to Excel standards.
• Balance cash drawers daily and input member data into tablets/POS.
• Ensure members follow policies and provide high service.
• Assist with membership promotions and club events as needed.
