Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Crew Member to create a positive member experience by delivering superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. You will manage front desk tasks, greet members, answer phones, assist with sign-ups, and conduct tours.

You’ll update member information, respond to questions professionally, and help keep the club clean and welcoming. A passion for fitness and health, reliability, and strong communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, assist callers, check members in.
• Sign up new members and give tours to prospective members.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to questions and concerns promptly and professionally; escalate as needed.
• Help maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
