Planet Fitness in New Castle, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Club Manager in daily operations, drive member satisfaction, and lead a team of front desk and cleaning staff. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work on-site.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Superior customer service skills; fitness industry preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• CPR/AED and tanning certifications within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, and performance management of team members.
• Supervise and motivate front desk and cleaning staff to deliver excellent member service.
• Lead by example to maintain a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Schedule staff and manage time to meet company standards.
• Oversee daily club operations, safety procedures, and cleanliness.
• Handle member questions, tours, sign-ups, and requests professionally.
