Planet Fitness seeks an Assistant Club Manager to support the Club Manager in daily gym operations and team leadership. You will help deliver a superior customer experience, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and drive staff performance across all front desk and service areas.

Responsibilities include scheduling, payroll, training, safety, and member engagement, with a focus on a positive, judgment-free atmosphere and high member satisfaction. Must be 18+ and on‑call readiness may apply.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office, membership software).
• Reliable, hardworking and energetic with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to be on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Club Manager with daily operations and decision making.
• Schedule shifts, train staff, and ensure high service standards.
• Handle payroll tasks and time cards promptly and accurately.
• Maintain club safety, cleanliness, and inventory management.
• Assist with member tours, sign-ups and promotions.
