Zusammenfassung

Sanford Health in the United States seeks a front-desk member services role at our wellness center. You will greet members, answer phones, update files, and maintain membership records.

You will also provide program information and guide emergency procedures while ensuring the facility remains clean and welcoming. The role may require assisting with memberships, conducting tours, supervising member form and technique, and scheduling activities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience working in a fitness center is preferred but not required.
• Computer skills sufficient to access and enter data and create documents.
• Oral and written communication skills sufficient to follow-up with customer questions and utilize knowledge of service area and system-wide procedures.
• Based on facility needs, may require Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and formal training on LifePak 250. If not obtained at time of hire, will be formally trained.

Aufgaben

• Greets members, answers phone, updates files, and keeps membership records current.
• Provides program information, guides emergency procedures and performs general cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
• May assist with new memberships as well as maintain membership access cards when applicable.
• Conducts tours and provides information regarding services and programs.
• Responsible for client experience and supervising member's form and technique while assisting in the use of all equipment within the facility as needed.
• Assists with scheduling fitness center activities.
• Operates, provides instruction and ensures correct use on all exercise equipment.
• Keeps knowledge of facility operations, programs and activities up to date.
