Covenant Health West is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for Fort Sanders Health & Fitness Center. This PRN/OCC role handles calls, welcomes guests, processes registrations, and supports multiple front desk tasks on site in a busy wellness environment.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, team cooperation, and adherence to safety and operations protocols as part of daily duties and special events at the fitness center.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones, route callers, take messages and provide general information to callers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Greets customers, visitors, and patients while providing direction and assists visitors and guests to various locations on the FSW campus as needed.
• Checks each member/guest into the Fitness Center; provides guests with a guest registration to complete and collects payment for the guest fee.
• Distributes keys and equipment; folds and disperses towels, retrieves towels from laundry and cycles towels through washer/dryer to keep towels stocked.
• Reviews Read This First book each shift to stay informed of class, program, or activity changes and announcements pertaining to Fitness Center operations.
• Knowledgeable of member names/locker numbers as well as staff names and departments.
• Manages program enrollment and money transactions such as guest fees, personal training fees, swim lesson fees, camp fees, etc.
• Maintains front desk cleanliness and safety; completes closing checklist tasks at shift end.
• Assists with the Perkville Rewards program by redeeming points and giving out merchandise; restocks Perkville supplies and front desk inventory.
• Prepares daily deposit/cash drawer report for MOD.
• Assists other departments as needed and participates in special fitness center events.
• Follows policies, procedures, and safety standards and completes required education assignments annually.
