Cape Fear Valley Health System’s HealthPlex in Fayetteville, NC, seeks a friendly front desk associate to handle check-ins, cashiering, and juice bar operations while delivering outstanding member and guest service.

You'll support membership sales, coordinate with coordinators, and help maintain accurate records and scheduling in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth daily operations and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience in high-volume service with cash handling preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cashiering, POS, cash management, and sales concepts.
• Ability to manage membership data and processes.
• Familiarity with customer service in a fitness/health facility.

Responsabilités

• Perform front desk and juice bar tasks in a positive manner.
• Check-in members and guests, cashier, manage inventory and scheduling.
• Provide superior service to members and guests, handling inquiries promptly.
• Assist with membership sales and promotions with staff coordination.
• Follow HealthPlex policies and maintain safety and infection control standards.
• Support other operations (play center, laundry) as needed.
• Communicate effectively with staff and document actions clearly.
