Qualifications

• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Give daily direction to associates within the department.
• Merchandising directives and plan-o-grams; maintain pricing and UPC integrity.
• Staff the department with service-oriented associates; participate in interviewing and scheduling; coach and motivate staff.
• Provide legendary customer service and assist customers in buying decisions.
