Responsibilities

• Process invoices for payment and review travel reimbursement vouchers for accuracy and compliance
• Enter deposit vouchers into the Commonwealth’s financial system; maintain financial logs and records
• Assist with month-end reconciliation and resolve routine payment and deposit discrepancies
• Maintain complete and accurate fiscal documentation and support district fiscal staff
