Job summary

Qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply and adapt established accounting methods to a variety of financial transactions and records and multiple funding streams.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and compile financial reports and statements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop methods of recording fiscal transactions and allocate funds.
  • Update and maintain accounting systems and independently prepare financial statements and cost analyses.
  • Prepare budgets and other financial information for review.
  • Manage payroll processing, including timely distribution of checks and tax reporting.
