Job summary

TimberHP in North America is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to develop and own a new market for wood fiber insulation. This hunter role focuses on building relationships with owners, developers, builders, architects, and contractors while expanding the brand's footprint in NC, VA, MD, and PA.

You’ll create demand from scratch, deliver product knowledge workshops, build a territory plan, and drive profitable growth with uncapped earning potential through base pay plus generous

Qualifications

• A true hunter mentality, energized by new territory and closing deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; knowledge of residential building practices a plus.
• Experience with promotional activities (trade shows, dealer events, etc.) and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Hunt down and close new business, develop relationships with owners, developers, builders and contractors.
• Drive profitable sales growth for customers and TimberHP.
• Create demand from scratch and generate genuine market excitement.
• Build and execute a territory business plan for PA, VA, NC, or MA.
• Lead product knowledge workshops and individual sales calls using TimberHP resources.
• Serve as the local expert on TimberHP products and building performance.
• Master pricing, shipping programs, and incentives.
