Job summary

TimberHP, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business in PA, VA, NC, or MA. You will introduce our new wood fiber insulation, build relationships with builders, developers, and contractors, and expand a growing territory through strategic outreach and product demonstrations.

You’ll run workshops, perform on-site visits, and train retailers and teams using TimberHP marketing resources. The role rewards high performance with earnings tied to results and weekend-free, meaningful

Qualifications

• Must be a true hunter with a track record of closing new business.
• Excellent time-management, organization, and follow-through.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with proven problem-solving abilities.
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
• Comfort with public speaking to diverse audiences.
• Experience with promotional activities (trade shows, dealer events).
• Willingness to travel within or outside the territory as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business with owners, developers, builders, and contractors.
• Drive profitable sales growth for TimberHP and customers.
• Create demand for a new product in North America.
• Build and execute a territory business plan (PA/VA/NC/MA).
• Lead product knowledge workshops and training sessions.
• Establish TimberHP as the local expert on building performance and codes.
