Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCADdivision is seeking a Welder (1st) in Greenwood, SC. The role pays $22.83 per hour and is eligible for a variable incentive program.

Core hours are 5 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Thursday, with a focus on safe, accurate welding practices. You will set up and perform welding and cutting operations on steel, aluminum, and cast metals, use a range of welding equipment, and ensure parts meet quality standards.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Welding certification in Basic Welding required or equivalent.
• No sponsorship for immigration or CPT/OPT.
• Relocation not offered; within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and perform metal joining and cutting operations on ferrous and nonferrous metals.
• Weld parts using proper machine settings and materials; fabricate fixtures as needed.
• Inspect finished parts, measure with tape/calipers, and identify nonconforming work.
• Troubleshoot welding equipment and maintain tools and workspace safety.
