Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking an Assembly Technician - 1st Shift at 415 Puckett Ferry Road, Greenwood, SC. The core hours are 7:30 am to 3:30 pm with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour and eligibility for a variable incentive plan.

The Assembler II will meet daily production targets, assemble Low Voltage Assemblies, perform testing, quality checks and material transactions in AS400 while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 6 months of Assembly Technician experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience using hand and air tools.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation benefit offered.
• Within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily production targets with focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
• Assemble low voltage assemblies and operate assembly machinery.
• Perform testing, labeling, quality checks and material transactions in AS400.
• Read drawings and follow SOPs, method sheets and instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
