Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Technician I – Subassembly (G2) at our Greenwood, SC location. The rate is $18.11 per hour, with core hours Mon-Thu 7:00 am–4:00 pm and Fri 7:00 am–11:00 am; position eligible for a variable incentive program.

You will assemble parts, interpret drawings, and support engineering and production teams while ensuring quality and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
• Candidates must be within a 50-mile radius of Greenwood, SC.

Responsibilities

• Create and install nameplates for medium- and high-voltage equipment and assemblies.
• Follow manufacturing docs and instructions to ensure accurate nameplate creation.
• Complete daily productivity and 5S documentation.
• Maintain Kanban levels and report shortages or defects to supervision.
• Support engineering, drafting, and supervisory teams with development needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
