Job summary
Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Welder for the 3rd shift. The position pays $26 per hour (base $24/hr plus $1 shift premium and $1 shift differential) with hours from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The role emphasizes MIG and TIG welding, reading blueprints, and material handling.

Qualifications
- Must have a High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of one (1) year of MIG and TIG welding experience or a technical diploma or certification in welding from an accredited institution.
- No relocation benefit; candidates must reside within 50 miles of the location; military exceptions apply.
- Eaton will not sponsor immigration programs for this position.
Responsibilities
- MIG and TIG welding per procedures and drawings.
- Read and interpret manufacturing information and BOMs.
- Move materials and set up fixtures to support welding operations.
- Assist other shop personnel and maintain clean, safe work area.
- Operate welding equipment and perform basic maintenance checks.
- Inspect parts using drawings/blueprints and document results.
