Qualifications

• University degree or 2 year degree with minimum experience.
• Minimum of two years as a Production Supervisor in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of a work team in fabrication to meet daily production schedules.
• Maintain safety, quality and efficiency in the department.
• Monitor costs, scrap, and material availability; adjust plans as needed.
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve key business drivers and productivity.
