Job summary

CCA Professional Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations across assembly, metal fabrication, and welding. You will drive safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement while building a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will own production metrics, coach leaders, and empower teams to independently solve problems, fostering ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in a manufacturing, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience in assembly, metal fabrication, welding, or related processes.
• At least 4 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and resource management.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and quality improvement programs.
• Proven ability to develop employees, coach leaders, and build high-performing teams.
• Excellent accountability, performance management, and data-driven decision skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations across assembly, metal fabrication, welding, and related activities.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and workflows to meet schedules.
• Develop Team Leaders and production staff through coaching and training.
