DSJ Global seeks a Production Supervisor to lead 1st shift operations in a high-volume manufacturing facility. This hands-on leader drives safety, quality, production performance, and employee engagement while guiding a large production team.

Formación

• 3+ years of production supervision or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading large hourly workforces in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and employee development skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or 5S initiatives preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a production team of 40-80+ employees on 2nd shift.
• Drive daily production, safety, quality, and operational performance metrics.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to meet production schedules and customer demand.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.
• Manage employee performance, training, attendance, disciplinary actions, and workforce development.
• Support Continuous Improvement, Lean, and 5S initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
