Qualifikationen

• Adhere to all Food Safety/Quality SOPs.
• Accurately completes required Food Safety/Quality records.
• Communicate any known or suspected Food Safety/Quality issues to QA Manager.
• Attend all Food Safety/Quality training sessions.
• Ability to train on food safety, food quality, regulatory requirements, safety, customer service and continuous improvement.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience managing or supervising employees in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Good work history and ability to learn.
• Medium-level computer skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Basic decision making and problem solving skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED or 4-5 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent.

• Supervises and manages activities directly related to the daily business and department needs
• Develops, analyzes, and delivers simple to complex information to direct reports
• Provide immediate supervision to a group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules
• Mentors and leads production associates
• Ensure associates are trained for and compliant with all applicable operations
• Assigns duties and operations based on daily department needs
• Ensures quality products are produced and department metrics are achieved
• Effectively communicates daily schedules, goals, quality issues/concerns between shifts to ensure expectations are met.
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and trainings.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededs
• Safeguards and maintains company equipment and property, including Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).
• Participate in Safety Investigations after an accident and give recommendations.
• Audit SOP's.
• Ensures all areas are kept clean at all times; Attends all company training sessions; and other duties as assigned
