Qualifications

• Must be able to train on food safety, quality, regulatory requirements and safety.
• 3–5 years’ experience supervising employees in manufacturing/production.
• Good work history and ability to learn.
• Intermediate computer skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages daily production activities and department needs.
• Develops and delivers information to direct reports.
• Provides supervision to employees, assigns tasks, checks work, and maintains schedules.
• Mentors and leads production associates.
• Ensures employees are trained for compliant operations.
• Maintains quality products and meets department metrics.
• Communicates daily schedules and quality concerns between shifts.
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data and identifying solutions.
• Attends trainings and contributes to safety investigations and SOP audits.
