Qualifications

• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Production Supervisors with daily coaching and development.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, HACCP, and regulatory requirements across operations.
• Manage costs related to labor, raw materials, packaging, and waste.
• Coordinate production schedules with PM and Sanitation to meet KPIs.
• Support new product development, testing, and product launches.
• Maintain high product quality and safety standards and review production docs/logs.
