Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a frontline operations supervisor in Marshville, North Carolina to oversee daily production on the floor. You will ensure targets are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency, coordinating a team and responding to issues in real time.

This role emphasizes a strong safety culture and adherence to health and safety regulations. Based primarily on the production floor, you will train staff, manage schedules, monitor performance, and collaborate with other

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ year supervisory experience with 20+ employees preferred.
• Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create a positive work environment to help employees reach their highest potential in quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee employee performance and offer constructive feedback, both positive and corrective.
• Encourage open communication and employee involvement to build team morale and support company values.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost savings, and process enhancements.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
