Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division in Greenwood, SC is seeking an Assembly Technician I - 1st Shift. The on-site position runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, at 415 Puckett Ferry Road. The rate is $18.11 per hour and eligible for a variable incentive program.

The Assembler will meet daily production goals, perform assembly, testing, inspections, and prepare products for shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 months of manufacturing experience in an industrial setting.
• Minimum of 3 months of experience using hand and air tools.
• No visa sponsorship or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT support offered.
• Candidates within a 50-mile radius preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble low voltage assemblies and perform production activities.
• Material retrieval, preparation, assembly, electrical testing, and quality inspections.
• Prepare finished products for shipment or storage and maintain safety practices.
• Read drawings and follow standard work and lean line processes.
